Problems with the Webcast signal?

If the video keeps starting and stopping it's usually excessive buffering caused by a low-speed network connection, or Windows Media Player settings. To change your buffer setting:

1. Open the Windows Media Player from the Start menu
2. Select Tools > Options > Performance
3. Click Buffer Seconds of Content, and then type a number between 1 and 60.
